THE REALOCS LOUNGE POLICIES

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!

 **EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS ARE BOOKED** 

 **NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW EVENING OR WEEKEND CLIENTS**

Covid-19 Related Appointment Guidelines

  •  Everyone will be required to wear a mask including myself
  • Please only bring what you absolutely need
  • Please do not bring food. You will not be allowed to eat in the studio (you will be wearing a mask) if you need to eat you can step outside for a quick bite.
  • You may bring a drink with a straw. Please ensure that the mask stays on while you drink. Insert the straw under the mask.
  • If you have any cold, flu or Covid symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19 -PLEASE RESCHEDULE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU COUGH, SNEEZE OR APPEAR TO BE SICK.
  •  Allergy sufferers- please pre medicate. If you feel the urge to cough or sneeze, please excuse yourself and cover your cough and/or sneeze. 

Deposits

Deposits are required to schedule appointments. Deposits are Nonrefundable.


A Deposit of $50 is required to schedule retightening appointments. Deposits for retightenings are transferable only if the reschedule is requested 72 hours in advance and is moved to a slot +/- 7 days of the original appointment subject to availability. 


A deposit of $200 is required to schedule a Sisterlocks® establishment appointment. This payment is required to secure the client's desired date. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. 

Payments

Payment in full is due before session begins. 

Payments can be made by cash, credit card, CashApp or Zelle.

No refunds on deposits or services rendered.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

For retightening services, deposits are transferable only if the reschedule is requested 72 hours in advance and is moved to a slot +/- 7 days of the original appointment subject to availability. A Same Day Cancellation or No-Show will result in a fee imposed of 100% of that day appointment cost and client must pay this fee prior to scheduling future appointments. 


TO RESCHEDULE: If you cannot make your appointment, use your appointment confirmation/reminder to cancel your appointment. Please visit www.REALocsLounge.com to schedule a new appointment. You will have to pay another deposit.  If your new appointment is +/- 7 days of your original appointment, your deposit on your original appointment will be applied to the remaining balance of your new appointment.  


The REALocs Lounge reserves the right to discontinue service to clients for repeat cancellations. 

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy, please call or text in advance if you expect to be running a few minutes late. If you do not give me the courtesy, A No Courtesy Fee must be paid  prior to being allowed inside.   To avoid this fee, please call or text in advance if you expect to be running a few minutes late.  


The clock starts at your appointment time NOT the time of arrival. Your appointment time will not be extended to accommodate your lateness. If we are unable to finish your appointment due to your lateness, you will need to schedule another appointment and will be charged the hourly rate of $50/hour.   After 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for 100% of that day’s appointment fee. IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO MY HOME. You may reschedule your appointment online.

Early Arrivals

If you are early for your scheduled appoint please wait in your vehicle until scheduled appointment time. I will not open the door or respond to the doorbell until the appointment time.

Preparation for Establishment and Retightening Services

All clients must shampoo their hair at least 48 hours before their service.  The hair should be free of any oils, grease or conditioners, etc 

About your Follow-up Appointment

As a part of the Sisterlocks® package, all clients receive a complimentary 3-4-week follow-up (may be longer due to schedule availability) after their establishment. If the client does not make their follow-up appointment, the follow-up appointment will be void. The next appointment would be considered a full retightening session where normal rates apply.

Underage Children/Additional Guests

Per agreement between consultant and the Sisterlocks® brand, no one can legally observe consultant while performing a Sisterlocks® service. Due to limited space, guests and children are not allowed during establishments and retightening services unless receiving service.

Disclosure of Usage

The REALocs Lounge reserves the right to photograph all work.


Per agreement between consultant and the Sisterlocks® brand, no one can legally observe consultant while performing a Sisterlocks® service. It is a violation of the Sisterlocks® trademark to take pictures or video of the Sisterlocks® process. You can NOT take pictures of a consultant while establishing or retightening Sisterlocks®.

ONLINE BOOKING

 Deposits are required to schedule appointments. Deposits are Nonrefundable. Your appointment is not confirmed until deposit is received.
